A fine rib knit fabric, also known as drop needle fabric, is a knitted fabric renowned for its fine vertical ribs. The fabric is knitted with very long threads, preventing fraying after cutting. This natural fabric, with an Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certificate, is ideal for sewing clothing due to its stretchy (2-way-stretch) properties. Overlocker or a walking foot is recommended to avoid excessive stretching.
